The REC will be hosting an ‘Agency Summit’ to provide a platform for employer bodies, recruiters and worker representatives to exchange views on the practical implications of possible new regulations. It will also look at a number of practical issues such as trends in how companies are using agency staff and the specific impact the proposed equal treatment provisions could have on the different sectors that agencies supply into. |
