Working with Major UK Employer Brands

Part of the REC's mission is to set long term policy and strategy that will guide, shape and direct the long term trajectory of the UK recruitment industry. It is vital that we engage directly with the UK's employers to ensure that we are envisioning a future that meets their commercial and business needs.

Towards this end, we have convened a working group comprised of HR Directors and senior business leaders from a selection of the UK's top 100 employer brands.

These leading business figures will meet regularly to discuss and the strategic direction of the UK workforce in terms of:
