What are my REC standards and why are they important?

If you are Serious about Standards you need to be able to tell your clients why standards matter and why your REC Membership is a guarantee of your commitment to upholding best practice.

Standards are the basis of what sets businesses apart. The right standards not only enhance your brand but also signal to your clients that their business is in safe hands.

Raising standards in recruitment

How do you prove your worth?

There is only one way, demonstrating that you adhere to Professional Standards and making them count. The most valuable part of your REC Membership is the assurance it provides your clients, candidates and staff that you live up to the highest standards of best practice in recruitment.

REC not only sets the standard, we also provide all the tools, help and support you need to live up to it. Adhering to standards is a key way of assuring your clients that you are doing things right and complying with the relevant legislation which helps to reduce business risk. For more information about professional standards visit www.rec.uk.com/about-recruitment/standards.

What do you tell your clients about the REC?
