This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge of how to interview against a competence framework as opposed to a traditional interview. By the end of the day you will know about the benefits of using this method and how to plan, structure and conduct this type of interview

 During the day you will design your own competence framework, write the appropriate questions and present this back to the group.
