JSA are extremely pleased to have been awarded  “REC Business Partner” status.

Since our inception in 1989, we have led the way in providing specialist accounting and umbrella services to the temporary and freelance contract employment market. And as a firm of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW), we pride ourselves on providing a range of professional services that continues to evolve to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding client base of contractors and recruitment agencies.

JSA have developed a unique training programme to ensure that recruitment agencies, and particular their customer and contractor facing employees, to fully understand the raft of legislation now affecting the recruitment industry, for example: IR35, Money Laundering Regulations, Managed Service Company Regulations, Agency Regulations, etc.

As part of our commitment to REC, we are offering free training sessions to all REC members. The training can be tailored to suit, but usually lasts anything between an hour to half a day, depending on your needs.  Although JSA does have training facilities available at our head office in Watford, training usually takes place at your agency.

Following training, your staff will continue to benefit from the support provided by our dedicated and experienced agency liaison team. And for an added piece of mind you can rest assured that as specialists, we ensure that your contractors are always fully compliant with the ever-changing financial regulations.
