The refero sRDMS is used by recruitment agencies and employers to quickly provide references for any temporary staff that they provide or payroll as well as to provide authorised references for any consultants, resourcers and backoffice staff that leave their agencies. How does it work? When temps or consultants leave a job, HR or assigned sRDMS referees create employment references for that person in the sRDMS.

These references are stored permanently and given a unique ID which you provide to the former staff so that they can provide the reference to future employers or recruiters.
