2008 AGM

The REC will be holding its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 3pm on the 4th June 2008, at Park Plaza County Hall, 1 Addington Street, London, SE1 7RL.

The Notice attached sets out the business to be conducted at the AGM including the election and re-election of Corporate and Individual Directors to sit on the REC Board. Fully paid up members are entitled to vote for a maximum of 6 Corporate Directors and 3 Individual Directors from a list of nominees whose details are set out in the Notice.

In order to vote members may either attend the AGM or vote by appointing a proxy to vote on their behalf. The proxy may be the Chair of the REC, Angela Masters or another fully paid up member of the REC. If you wish to appoint the Chair to vote on your behalf you must indicate on the attached voting form which of those standing for either election or re-election you want to vote for. Individual members may only vote for 3 of those standing as Individual Directors. Corporate members may only vote for 6 of those standing as Corporate Directors.

All forms must be returned by 12 noon on Friday 30th May.
