REC Code of Practice
The REC Code of Professional Practice has been created in consultation with members and industry stakeholders to ensure that all members of the REC conduct their businesses ethically, to the highest standards and to promote good practice within REC membership. It is binding on all Corporate Members. Members of the REC's Institute of Recruitment Professionals must adhere to the Institute Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
A Corporate Member who operates in a sector that has an REC specialist code of practice will also be bound by that code. The Sector Codes of Practice can be found on the right hand side of this page.
