If you would like to make a complaint about a REC member agency please use the form on the right hand side of this page.  Please ensure that prior to completing the form you have read 'How to Complain'.

Once completed please email the form to info@rec.uk.com enclosing any documentary evidence.  Forms can also be posted or faxed.
