Complaint Reports
The Professional Standards team handles enquiries and complaints about agency conduct from workseekers and clients. The Annual Complaints Report for 2007 is now available, detailing the number and type of complaints received by the REC during the year. The report also contains case studies which look at current and relevant issues and demonstrates how these were handled.
In 2007 the REC dealt with 820 enquiries, representing a 20% increase on the figures for 2006. For further information please download the 2007 Complaint Report on the right hand side of this page.
