Specialist R2R recruitment

Recruitment to Recruitment, which is also often referred to as R2R or Rec to Rec, is a recruitment discipline which can often be difficult to grasp.

Essentially a Recruitment to Recruitment company specialises in placing individuals within the recruitment industry itself and in assisting recruitment companies to recruit their internal staff.

Typically the vacancies handled by a Rec to Rec company are from Trainee level, Recruitment Consultant, to Managing Consultant, Branch Manager, Business Development Manager and Director.

The UK Recruitment to Recruitment industry has rapidly expanded over the last ten years as more and more UK recruitment businesses realise the value in utilising a specialist R2R company to help them source Recruitment Industry Professionals.

Due to this demand and a desire to ensure Best Practice was achieved with R2R, the REC Recruitment to Recruitment Sector Group was formed in 2005.

All members are required to comply with the REC R2R Group Code of Practice.

The R2R sector group has its own recognised logo.

Networking meetings are held and issues are discussed which relate specifically to the Recruitment to Recruitment sector. Its dedicated Member Companies are all committed to providing excellent recruitment services and are passionate about being an integral part of the UK Recruitment Industry.

Executive Committee
The Chair and Vice Chair are volunteers from within the Sector Group membership. They represent your issues and flag up concerns and priorities of the Sector as well as working with REC Staff on issues that affect the industry as a whole and the members themselves.
