MMC Code of Practice

The REC MMC Sector Group has created 3 new Codes for the Industry - one for recruiters working in the marketing and creative services sector and the other two in the form of guidance for clients and guidance for candidates.

These break down as follows:

• Code of Practice for recruitment companies,
• Guidance for Clients
• Guidance for Candidates working in the sector
