Specialist Medical Recruitment
The REC Medical Sector Group members specialise in the placement of locum doctors, allied healthcare professionals and healthcare personnel to NHS Trusts and the private sector.
All members placing locum doctors are required to comply with the REC Medical Sector Group Code of Practice.
The Medical Sector Group Mission / Vision
- To be the acknowledged, authoritative industry voice in medical recruitment
- To influence and change government and public policy shaping in the industry
- To proactively gather, analyse and communicate accurately and timely relevant information to all members to assist in running a competent and effective business

Chair and Vice Chair
The Chair and Vice Chair are volunteers from within the Sector Group membership. They represent your issues and flag up concerns and priorities of the Sector as well as working with REC Staff on issues that affect the industry as a whole and the members themselves.
