Specialist Childcare Recruitment
The REC's Childcare Sector Group is made up of REC member agencies who deal almost exclusively in the placement of nannies, au pairs, mothers' helps and maternity nurses and who adhere to the Code of Practice for Nursery Nurses, Nannies & Parents' Help and/or the Au pair Codes of Practice.
The REC has a seat on CACHE - the Council for Awards in Children's Care and Education - representing the interests of both nannies and private sector employers.

The Childcare Sector Group has volunteers from within the Sector Group membership who act as spokepersons to speak on behalf of the membership.
They represent your views and flag up concerns and issues that affect the industry and your business and work with the REC to ensure the views of members are represented.
