Satisfaction levels among Temporary Agency Workers

In August 2005, the Research Unit commissioned Dr David Biggs from the University of Gloucestershire to undertake a comprehensive and independent review of recent literature published on agency workers.

The study provides a detailed overview and assessment of recent research into agency work and looks specifically at satisfaction levels. Dr Biggs also highlights key areas for future research.
